Draft (pseudo New Years celebration)
So, what are you all doing on Friday 2nd January?
If you’re not working during the day, feel free to come round to our place anytime from 10:30am onwards and play some Magic. We can play causal games and draft older cheaper sets if people want to, and have a BBQ lunch.
We’ll also plan to have a draft at a normalish time in the evening—say 7pm—to cater for those working during the day.
Basically, come and hang out, catch up and sling some cards around!

Also, I work until early Friday morning, so I am not sure if I will be able to make it for noonish, but I will try. (I need my beauty sleep, you see)
I wanted to know if you’re having a BBQ – what can people bring?

Just bring something to put on the BBQ. I’ll get some bread and basic green salad. Feel free to bring other stuff if you want.

i am in.
though not sur ewhat time i’d be there….it will depend on whether a draft runs in the evening, in which case i’d arrive later in the arvo, otherwise i’d likely be there for lunch

i won’t be able to stay for an evening draft though due to commitments far too early the next morning

Update: I will be there mid arvo- 2 or 3ish. Then I have to leave for a spell to take care of some business at home around 6:30, but can come back afterwards, 7ish. So if there is an evening draft I want in.
