The problem with your deck jack is that it works and when you look at the list that’s not the first thing you see 🙂 Don’t really know what todo to your deck without testing, if anything needs doing at all 😉
Also warp world doesn’t even make the sideboard? Think there should be 1 main deck just so if you win, you had a warp world maindeck!!!

Having seen the warp world versio i understand how this pile of cards you call a deck is actually quite good.
I mainly question the sideboard. Why have you got these cards, what matchups are they helping you with?

  3. Jack Clarke Says:

Yeah, I can see what you mean. There are certain cards that wreck it though (cough Baneslayer) and basically any other flyer. I basically have to hold them off their mana until i can plop down a monument or have enough to banefire.

I have been considering splashing white for o ring and ajani. The fixing wouldn’t take too much, it has a fair bit.

  4. Jack Clarke Says:

I forgot to mention tha\e splash comes with stirring wildwood!

I think if i were playing this version i’d go with 3 windstorm instead of 3 unstable footing.

Leatherback breaks through wall of denial, but mainly is there to replace ruinblaster against mono red.
Overgrown Battlement is a good blocker against aggro.
Mold Shambler kills planeswalkers or lands depending on what is needed.
Momentus fall lets me draw and gain life when my creatures are removed, this goes in with the baloths.

  6. Damien Madigan Says:

but doesn’t that mean no tectonics?

  7. Jack Clarke Says:

Lose edge, gain ajani seems ok. I just realised I took the momentus fall out of the sideboard in that list. The sideboard definately isn’t tuned much and the numbers in the deck are probably off too.

It’s funny that you guys look at it and don’t see what it’s doing, it seems really simple to me. Ramp land, kill land, stay ahead on the board the whole game and win without your opponant playing a spell above four mana.

The windstorm are for Vampires as once they resolve nocturnus you can just wipe them out altogether (good old instant speed).

I like banefire, but i don’t think it’s worth the risk of a bad cascade (problematic with windstorm also) so i might just cut it for a Garruk.
