Here is a deck I brewed up for standard, it’s very similar to Caw-Go with a slight change in the Planeswalker numbers and equipment. This deck plays less of a control game but can fit that role nicely (even more so after side) if necessary, what I like about it is it can be very aggressive with piston sledge and stoneforge mystic (attacking 4/3 on turn 3) the sledge is rarely dead with cards like Stag, Venser and Sun Titan.

So there’s my defence for the stupid goblin hammer but I’d love to know what you think.

So after the success of Cancon this year….and the likelyhood of returning I decided to create a “Best/Worst of Cancon” award.

The idea behind this is that someone does exceedingly well or failing that has an extremely bad weekend then they will get to brag about or be haunted by it for the rest of the year.

So I plan on getting everyone to vote, tallying the results and then presenting the award to Matt.

….and yes the trophy was made using those Meddling Mages!
