Conflux is nearly upon us which means its time again for the ATOGATOG.
The Conflux Atogatog will be on Sunday 8th February at my place as usual. Games start at 12.00 sharp. Feel free to roll along from 10.30 onwards to start cracking packs and building decks.
It will cost around $30-$35 as usual and I will likely be selling some cheap packs at the end.
For Conflux we will each receive 6 boosters with which to make decks and will be battling for 5 rounds to determine the champion.

Hey all, a friend from tassie has recently given me a whole lot of cards which he doesnt want. Since he knows theres a group i play with in Melb he asked me to sell them if anyones interested. He will basically take whatever price anyone is willing to offer him. They are mostly from around the time of the Odyssey set. Theres a folder of rares in there as well which includes 2 wrath of gods (6th and 7th ed) and also 2 serra angels (3rd/revised ed). All together, theres roughly 1500 cards. Its first come first serve, so let me know..

So, what are you all doing on Friday 2nd January?
If you’re not working during the day, feel free to come round to our place anytime from 10:30am onwards and play some Magic. We can play causal games and draft older cheaper sets if people want to, and have a BBQ lunch.
We’ll also plan to have a draft at a normalish time in the evening—say 7pm—to cater for those working during the day.
Basically, come and hang out, catch up and sling some cards around!
Post below if you are interested!

HI all,
For a while now, I have been trying to organise a magic night at my house. I have had some interest, but I thought I would put it out there.
Basically, the nights that I have chosen are – Monday nights, and Friday Nights (when Michael and Steve don’t already have a get together planned).
I miss the chance to sit around the table, trade cards and play in single and multiplayer games.
All I am asking for is not a committment – but an interest. If this interests you – let me know and then I will arrange it. As I said, for me both nights are available – the trick is getting others who are available too.
The Monday nights are obviously the toughest night to crack – most people have to be at work in the morning – so I was thinking for this night – a set time frame of say, around 7pm – till 11pm or so. Nothing too late.
Fridays however – are a different kettle of fish!
Â
If there is interest, please let me know.
Cheers,
Jeff.

I have the house to myself on Sat 22nd & Sun 23rd and was considering having a weekend of casual magic and warhammering. Is anybody interested?
Update:
It looks like there is certainly some interest.
My plan is to be home all weekend and people are welcome to come whenever suits them. I figure we decide what to do depending who is around at the time. It does seem warhammer will be Plan A with magic filling the gaps….though i’m keen for some multiplayer magic as well.
For those who wish to crash saturday night they are welcome….I have 3 beds and 3 couches available….though i’m sure Matt has already claimed a bed.
People currently coming over:
Saturday
Danny
Jeff
Chris T +1
Saturday night
Matt

Chris T +1
Sunday

Antony
