It’s been a few weeks since the last draft so there’s probably some people suffering withdrawal symptoms. Chelsea and I will be hosting drafting on this Saturday evening at our place. Please post expressions of interest or disinterest below.
We have some options, depending on attendance and preferences:
Kris passed away on Saturday night after a long battle with cancer.
Funeral will be Friday be 1.30 at the Kangaroo Ground Presbyterian Church, corner Graham Rd Kangaroo Ground. Followed by burial at Kangaroo Ground Cemetery. Wake at the Cottage Bar, Wellers Pub, Kangaroo Ground.
It would be appreciated if those who can make it come along as our gaming group makes up the bulk of his mates..
Where: My place in Carrum. (67a Church Rd)
Cost: ~$25 each
Bring: Land and sleeves (if you want them)
Arrive: 11:00 onwards (You can open cards when you arrive and have a teammate)
Start: 1pm (Games start then…so your decks need to built by 1pm!!!)
As our Atogatog event for Tenth Edition we’re going to have a Two-headed Giant sealed deck tournament. You can find the rules differences in the 2HG FAQ. We’ll assign teammates on the day. We’re thinking of balancing each teams skill by assigning players top with bottom from the rankings. Though we’re open to people playing with someone of their choice so long as they are not a powerhouse team!

There is no official Tenth edition prerelease, there are just store-run release tournaments. *sob* *sob*
Chelsea and I will be going to one on Saturday 14th July, and will be booking somewhere soon. Possibilities are listed below. Who else is interested in playing? That way some of us can hopefully go to the same store—more fun with people you know!

The draft options are:
I have set up some ratings, results and match history pages for our Atogatogs and drafts. You can take a look from the “Results and Ratings” link on the sidebar to the right, or via this link.
You’ll be able to see ratings for everyone, along with match histories from each event. You can also see a list of each event, along with the final standings for that event.
This is all generated from a database, so comment here if there is any other information you would like to see and I can probably add it. I have my own ideas for a few things, which I’ll tell you about as I add them.
Now, come and draft with us this Saturday (see next post) so we can add more results to the system!.
